Best of History Web Sites is pleased to offer a special history Web cast event in cooperation with American Public University. This 45-minute event features BOHWS creator Tom Daccord and special guest, Brian T. Carey, Assistant Professor of History and Military Studies at American Public University.  

Topics covered will appeal to general history and military history enthusiasts alike, with a discussion centered around top online history resources. Tom will present portals, specialized Web sites and databases for researching military history, and will also share helpful search strategies including Google's Advanced Search, Wonderwheel and Timeline.

Professor Carey will present some of the tools he leverages in the online classroom for augmenting learning, research and discussions.
